INDIANAPOLIS – Iowa’s leading rusher left Saturday night’s Big Ten championship game with a right leg injury.

Jordan Canzeri was helped off the field after he appeared to have injured his right lower leg on a 9-yard run that gave the Hawkeyes a first down. Athletic trainers worked on Canzeri’s leg on the sideline before he was helped to the locker room.

Prior to Saturday night’s conference championship game, Canzeri had rushed for 964 yards and 12 touchdowns on 176 attempts. Canzeri rushed for 12 yards on two carries before injuring his leg.
